The following information, as well as details of your booking, will be emailed to you.
What to expect
- We'll meet at the link within your booking email.
- Please meet on desktop/laptop for your session.
- The call will be recorded.
- We'll spend the entire session working your problem. Come ready to work and think out loud.
- After the session (usually within 48 hours), you'll receive a link to your recording and war board.
- Sometimes your strategist may include expanded notes, if there are ways you might further develop your war board. You are welcome to book future sessions, if you need or want additional strategy or assistance.
- If anything comes up before your session, you can reach your strategist at the email address provided within the confirmation email.
Cancellation and refund policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted per booking, provided 48 hours notice is given. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original booking date. You may cancel or reschedule your session at the link provided in the booking confirmation email.
